We have a responsibility to help make our community and the world in general better places, so as a company we often get involved with charitable events in our area. Callie, Bullseye Event Marketing’s Director of Operations, is very passionate about getting our team involved in philanthropy. She is working on ways for us to be on-the-ground influencers for as many good causes each month as possible. She asserts that the success of our company is an opportunity for us to do real good in our neighborhoods, and makes this commitment foundational to the way we operate.
There are also benefits to Bullseye Event Marketing that come with our being active participants in social causes. The most important thing to Callie is the way we unite as a group whenever we get involved with a nonprofit. Having a common goal – especially one that helps us feel as good about ourselves as giving back does – helps us build lasting friendships with one another. Doing so makes us more effective collaborators back in the office.
Most recently, we held a food drive to add items to the shelves of The Community Food Bank, and we volunteered to make lunch for the families staying at our local Ronald McDonald House. “One of the most rewarding things about our day at the Ronald McDonald House was the personal nature of the experience,” Callie shared. “We were able to meet the people we were helping and see the positive effects of our giving. It was only a few hours of our time, and it’s an experience I’ll always remember.”
We actively look for ways to get involved in our community. To find out who we help next, follow Bullseye Event Marketing on Twitter.
